		 Habanero Rubbed Salmon with Kiwi-Roasted Habanero  Sauce
          Salmon is one of our favorite meals around the Madness  household. It’s such a versatile fish, very healthy, tasty as all get out and  flat out good for you. We enjoy spicing it up with our favorite habanero powder  and splashing new and interesting sauces over the top. This time, we’ve opted  for our Roasted Habanero-Kiwi Sauce.
          Ingredients
          
            - 2 6-ounce salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon habanero powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 kiwi, stemmed and sliced thin
- 2 splashes of olive oil
- Bread for Serving          
Cooking Directions
          
            - Splash olive oil over salmon filets and rub it  in.
- Season each filet with habanero powder and  garlic powder. Add more if you prefer more heat and flavor.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and grill salmon  filets about 6 minutes. Flip and grill another 2 minutes or until salmon is  cooked through and pink throughout.
- Serve on toasted bread and top with Roasted  Habanero-Kiwi Sauce.
- Top with kiwi slices and serve!
