Roasted Habanero Kiwi Sauce Recipe

This sweet yet spicy sauce is best with roasted habanero peppers, but it can be made with fresh habanero peppers as well. Get soft and ripe kiwis, nice and fresh in season. The sweet combination is perfect over fish and other seafood.
Ingredients
- 1 habanero pepper, chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- Dash of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- Splash of olive oil
Cooking Directions
- Heat a sauté pan to medium heat. Add olive oil and habanero pepper. Pan roast about 2 minutes, or until skins just begin to blacken.
- Transfer to a food processor and add all remaining ingredients.
- Process until combined yet still chunky.
- Serve!
