Shrimp with Spicy Vodka Cream Sauce 
        
            
 
         
          This spicy vodka cream habanero sauce recipe is easy to make. You get your sauce going, then boil a few noodles and toss in your shrimp. Easy, yes, but it has major flavor.
          Shrimp with Spicy Vodka Cream Sauce 
           Ingredients
          
              - 2       tablespoons olive oil
- 2       jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1       habanero pepper, chopped
- 6       garlic cloves, sliced thin
- 1       small yellow onion, chopped
- Salt       and pepper to taste
- 1       tablespoon dried oregano
- 1       cup vodka
- 2-3       pounds tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2       tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Prepared       pasta to serve
Cooking Directions
          
              - Heat       a large pan to medium heat and add oil with habanero pepper, jalapeno peppers, garlic and onions.       Season with salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes.
- Add       oregano and cook 1 more minute, stirring.
- Remove       pan from heat and add vodka. Return to heat and raise heat to medium.
- Add       tomatoes and cook about 30 minutes, or until tomatoes have broken up and       sauce has combined.
- Add shrimp and cream. Stir. Cover and cook about 5-6 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.
- Remove       from heat and toss with prepared pasta.
- Sprinkle       with chopped cilantro and serve!
