| Lobster Tacos  with Habanero Peppers
Lobster Tacos  Recipe with Habanero PeppersDehydrated and crushed habanero peppers make for an excellent spice level in this succulent lobster taco meal. Go big on the homemade guacamole. It is always a hit.  Ingredients 
            2 medium sized lobster tails1 teaspoon olive oil2 teaspoons habanero powder1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted1 teaspoon lime juice1 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantroSalt and pepper to taste2 roasted jalapeno peppers, juliennedChoppped red onion for topping8 corn tortillas, warmedYour favorite hot sauce Cooking Directions 
            Heat a pan to medium heat.Remove shells from lobster tails and coarsely chop. Add to a bowl and toss with olive oil. Add 1 teaspooon habanero powder, salt and pepper to taste.Cook the lobster about 4 minutes, tossing frequently, until lobster is cooked through. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.For guacamole, to a mixing bowl, add avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste and 1 teaspoon habanero powder. Mix well.Warm tortillas. Top each with lobster meat, then jalapeno peppers, guacamole, and red onion.Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
