Habanero Grilled Corn

Corn on the cob is as ubiquitous to summertime meals in the US Midwest as cookouts and barbeques. Try this recipe for grilled corn if you’re a true chilihead and you have extra habanero peppers to spare. Not only does the corn enjoy the sweetness of the habaneros, but it truly loves the spicy company on your tastebuds.
Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 habanero pepper, diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Cooking Directions
- Shuck the corn and wash.
- Set each ear of corn on individual pieces of tinfoil. Sprinkle each with garlic powder.
- Add to each one tablespoon butter and ½ diced habanero pepper.
- Wrap completely in tinfoil.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and set corn on the grill over indirect heat.
- Grill about 20-25 minutes, or until corn is golden.
- Serve!
