Grilled Salmon with Habanero-Citrus Marinade

Salmon is one of our favorite meals, and this tangy yet spicy marinade helps bring it to the next level. Made with habanero peppers, orange juice and other seasonings, you'll have plenty of sweet heat.
Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce salmon filets
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 habanero peppers, diced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasonings
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Cooking Directions
- Add salmon to a marinating dish and sprinkle with Cajun seasonings and dried oregano.
- Cover with orange juice and habanero peppers.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and grill salmon filets about 6 minutes. Flip and grill another 2 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and pink throughout.
- Serve!
NOTE: We served our salmon topped with our Double Barrel Habanero-Lime Butter.
