Here is an alternative to traditional mashed potatoes, forgoing the milk and making thing easy – just baked potatoes mashed with spicy goodness. The habaneros bring the perfect combination of spicy and sweet, though we’ve added in fresh basil and garlic for the finishing touches of flavor. Don’t forget the butter. Grilled Habanero-Potato Mash
          Ingredients

            - 1 pound small new potatoes

- 1-2 habanero peppers, minced

- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced

- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions

            - Preheat grill to medium heat.

- Cover potatoes and 1 tablespoon butter with tinfoil and set on top rack of grill. Grill about 15 minutes.

- Dash potatoes with salt and cover, then grill another 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked throughout. They are done when you can pierce them with a fork all the way to the center easily.

- Transfer potatoes to a mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.

- Mash with a thick for or potato masher to combine all ingredients. Don’t use a food processor, as you’ll ruin the consistency.

- Serve!
