          Fresh Mango Habanero Salsa
         
          This chunky mango-habanero salsa is quick to make and uses only fresh ingredients. No cooking required, it is very simple yet filled with flavor and heat.
           Ingredients
          
            - 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 habanero peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 small mango, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
          
            - To a food processor, add all ingredients except  diced pineapple.
- Process until nearly smooth.
- Transfer to a large bowl. 
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow  flavors to mingle.
