Flame Dusted Corn with Feta Cheese 
        
            
 
         
          Corn on the cob is awesome on the grill. How can you make it even more awesome? Hanbanero powder! Even better? Spicy garlic mayo! How can we tip this over into the territory of bliss? Feta cheese! This is definitely a new favorite. 
          Flame Dusted Corn with Feta Cheese 
           Ingredients
          
            - 2 large ears of corn, shucked
- 2 tablespoons habanero powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic, roasted
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled     
Cooking Directions
          
            - Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Rub each ear of corn down with a half teaspoon of the habanero powder and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Grill about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic and feta cheese. Mix well.
- Brush grilled corn with the seasoned mayo and roll in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve!
